Accounts & signing in
Polaris uses a simple, passwordless sign-in: enter your email and we send you a 6-digit code. Type it in and you're in — no password to remember. Codes expire after a few minutes; if yours doesn't arrive, check spam, then request a new one.
Your data & moving devices
Your world is saved to your device, and to the cloud when you have an account, so it follows you. To move to a new phone, sign in with the same email and your saved reality, story, and conversations come with you. You can also export a full backup any time from Settings.
Subscriptions & billing
Polaris offers free access plus optional subscription tiers for more daily conversations. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple account. To view, change, or cancel a subscription, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions — or manage it directly in the App Store. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Deleting your account
Want your synced data removed? Send us a message above from the email on your account and we'll delete it. You can also clear all on-device data from within the app at any time.
